I have came here a few times. Her work is good, but every single time she has been very rude and always seems moody. She tugs on the hands saying “relax” with quite an attitude. The customer service is very bad, the only time she tends to be nice is at the end when asking for a tip.
I love getting my nails done here. Been doing the builder gel for months now, and my nails are strong and healthy.
Paid $90 for the WORST French tip pedicure I’ve ever gotten. This is my second time here, first time was for a gel manicure where the base looked so scratched up and nasty. Thought it give their pedicure a try, how bad could it be right? Well the nails are shaped so uneven, some parts of the same nail are longer than others. And the French tip! Looks like I tried to do it myself, so patchy and parts missing white. There’s white polish over the skin around the nail. This is the very last time I come here.
Rose did a fantastic job with my pedicure. She is a sweet person, and made my toes look pretty!
