Blue Diamond came very highly recommended to us by a friend. To say their entire team was amazing, is the understatement of the century. From the moment I entered the door they had gone above and beyond. They took their time explaining to me the different metals, their durability, and what would work best in a wedding band for a blue collar man! This family owned business truly shines (Pun intended) in making you feel at home! We can’t wait to come back to design our custom ring next!
Great personal experience. I wanted wanted to get my fiancé’s daughter a ring as a nice gift and they sat there with her and showed this little girl all the stones and shapes and explained it to her for her to easily make a decision. They are very transparent with you and put no rush or pressure on you to buy. Great customer service and a great family owned place!
The owner and her daughter are wonderful people who offer great prices on fine jewelry. The store itself is beautifully decorated, and even more charming thanks to their adorable puppy. :)
Could not be more happy with not only my ring but the service at Blue Diamond Jewlers! When I got engaged 2 years ago and I came in to get my ring sized even though my now husband bought the ring elsewhere. They sized my ring quickly and affordable I knew we had to go back for our wedding bands. They helped me find my perfect ring, they looks so perfect together I couldn’t be more happy.
First of all, who doesn’t love a family owned business. Alexis and her mom are the absolute sweetest humans I have met! I came in because my stone on my engagement ring was extremely loose(not purchase from them but I wish it was). While in the store I also started looking at bands and noticed my diamond looked cloudy compared to the bands. I left my ring to be repaired and hopefully cleaned as it wasn’t coming clean with normal methods. It was fixed quickly and it looked brand new.
