Absolutely horrible! I am a military veteran and I contacted Blue Diamond in regards to purchasing a Park Model. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and refused to do business with me based on the fact that I live in Seligman Arizona lol Do NOT give these people your business!!!
Marvin Steiner Dan Esch together with his wife own Blue Diamond Home and RV . I am suing Blue Diamond for breach of contract .At the court house just before the start of the jury trial Esch through his attorney made an offer in settlement, reluctantly Through. my attorney I accepted. My husband and I dropped by to look at used trailers and ended up having obscenities yelled after us as we left. It all started this way: we were looking at a 5th wheel on the property. Dan, who announced himself as the owner of the business in Show Low as well as Yuma, came over to us and we asked him a few simple (we thought) questions about the RV. We purchased two park model homes from Blue Diamond and had them delivered to Show Low. They were the best price out there. Jan worked with us on both units to get them exactly the way we wanted. They are beautiful. The best thing is their absolute honesty. There were no surprises on either transaction.
