Purchased a generator for our off grid property located near Bundaberg QLD. Generator will not start after only five hours use. Blue Diamond want the generator sent to their Brisbane depot for assessment at our cost. According to Blue Diamond, customers are “stupid” and the reason for the generator not working is probably something delinquent we have done and is our fault.
