Just got my Toyota Land Cruiser detailed and very displeased with this job. First they told me 1 hour to DETAIL inside and out on a Monday. Then came very late and had to reschedule to early early next following day. Again was 30 minutes late. Then once giving them my car, I got it back within an hour (to me, it’s too little for a full detail, especially if it costs $350). Come back and find my car not detailed just cleaned. Ive know Carlos from Blue Diamond for 3 years now. He did a 3 year ceramic coat on my 31’ Albermarle DC. Honestly the water beads off so much it is a better finish than when it came out of factory. Carlos is also a man of his word. He has reapplied any spots that get too much sun and he honors his warranty. There is not many people in the Keys that i can say are as reliable and responsible as Carlos. I wanted to share my experience with Blue Diamond. I recently took my boat to them to have the bottom paint removed, and they did an amazing job. They completely got rid of all the bottom paint and brought the hull back to its original state on my Boston Whaler. They also did a beautiful job detailing both the outside and inside of my boat.
