Blue Diamond Construction is amazing!!! From small to big projects they excel! Juan and his team are dependable, timely, neat and deliver on their word!!! We are very pleased! We plan to use their services again for any need that arises! We had electrical work, light fixtures, attic and bathroom exhaust fans installed. Most importantly, previous owners had taken down load bearing walls and Juan and his team put trusses in the attic, reinforced and screwed existing ceilings to trusses. The drywall repair in our ceiling looks phenomenal. Professional, honest, and high-quality work. I’d absolutely recommend them.

I hired Juan/ Blue Diamond for the renovation of an investment property in Holladay. After the initial contractor "completed" the job we discovered that they had, to say the least, done very poor work. After all that headache, Juan and his team were a breath of fresh air. We had a leaky roof and had it replaced by another contractor. Found out, no insulation in attic. Then the access opening too small to even get into the attic. Juan came out and we went over things. Gave me prices for a new access opening and insulate the attic. They were out in 2 days and completed the work in 1 day. He also gave me R-60 insulation and was quoted for R-19. No extra $$.
