I hired Juan/ Blue Diamond for the renovation of an investment property in Holladay. After the initial contractor "completed" the job we discovered that they had, to say the least, done very poor work. After all that headache, Juan and his team were a breath of fresh air. We had a leaky roof and had it replaced by another contractor. Found out, no insulation in attic. Then the access opening too small to even get into the attic. Juan came out and we went over things. Gave me prices for a new access opening and insulate the attic. They were out in 2 days and completed the work in 1 day. He also gave me R-60 insulation and was quoted for R-19. No extra $$. Needed to have a sonotube foundation built for my container home and I hired Blue Diamond Construction. Some scheduling setbacks but overall they did an amazing job and now I have a sturdy foundation.
