I WENT TO THE CAR WASH IN LOUISVILLE OWNED BY MR DALE MCCONKEY. MY 93 CHEVY PICKUP WAS SPOTTED UP FROM MY FENDER AND MY DOORS ON BOTH SIDESAND MY RIMS ARE ALSO SPOTTED . I ATTEMPED TO TRY TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM. BUT MR MCCONKEY TOLD ME TO FILE THIS WITH THE COURT OR HIS INSURANCE. I SHOWED THIS PATTERN ON MY TRUCK ON BOTH SIDES . SOMETHING SPRAYED ON MY TRUCK .
