Blue Diamond Builders is building our new custom 4500 Sq foot home in Danville. I've known Jordan and Janae for a long time dating back to 2014 when Jordan helped us look at pieces of land to buy. Super happy with them, Jordan is very knowledgeable and Janae is amazing at keeping all the Sub contractors organized and running smoothly. Both are very honest and easy to talk to. Lance is a ridiculously unprofessional individual. I needed a quote for some repairs at my apartment. We had set a time for 12:00pm. I called him at 12:22 pm because he hadn't shown up and said that he had a "situation" but that he was on the way to the apartment. 1:30pm comes by, 2:30pm, 3:30pm and still no Lance, no explanation, and he had stopped answering his phone.
