By far one of the most rude shops I’ve ever been to. Condescending and ignorant.
We brought our car in to Blue Diamond auto repair to get an alternator replaced and even though the job was done, when we picked up the car there were cigarette ashes all over the center console and coin holder and the car stinks of smoke! When I went in and asked who worked on the car, Brent said he was the only one who worked on it. I told him that there are ashes all over the inside and it smells of smoke and he immediately became rude and defensive saying it wasn't him and blaming the tow truck driver.
