The staff are very nice and communicative. Great service and they treat all my animals very well.
This was our first visit. We really liked the doctor. Everyone was very professional. It was clean. They took really good care of our fur baby.
Dr. Harris I give 5 stars, first and foremost. Unfortunately, BDAH is not the hospital you’d want to take your fur baby if you want long-term quality care. They overbook their vets and long wait times. 20 min appointments turn into 2 hours. The front desk recently gave me the wrong insulin syringes (after I’ve been getting them here for 2 years at this point) for my dog causing an incorrect dosage administration on my dog who had just underwent a 15k surgery. I have been going to this animal hospital ever since I got my boy (hes 4 now). He’s seen a few doctors here over the years, but hands down Dr. Schnider has always gone above and beyond. My dog has pretty bad allergies specifically during the early spring/ summer months, and for the longest time I thought they would never get better.
