My review is in reference to the customer service I received here today! I arrived and knocked on the door to complete an inspection but the woman at the desk just looked at me like I was some sort of animal so I had to knock on the door a 2nd time. I will not jump to conclusions as to why this happened but this was a very uncomfortable experience! I am not one to leave reviews but I am blown away by her actions .

I reached out to their office to receive a financial planner and was given the email of the owner. I am a power of attorney for a parent who's reviewing a settlement and we needed another opinion on finances and planning.
