I contacted Blue Dessert Pools in early July. I spoke with a person calling himself Martin. I asked about fiberglass pools in Yuma AZ to which he firmly suggested gunite pool construction instead. I was ok with that and asked for him to meet me at my house to discuss further. First he suggested a date which I agreed to, then postponed, then after I received no followup I contacted him. My pool and spa were built by Blue Desert with less than average workmanship. As far as the spa is concerned i have had nothing but trouble from the onset with chronic leaks. I have had the spa floor completely removed and replaced. I have had the pool re-plastered and tile replaced by another contractor with above average quality and workmanship. Used Blue Desert to replace our pool deck, drain, bleach clean and refill pool. Did a great job. Timely response. Work started within days of first call. Worked everyday, to include weekends to finish job. You might be able to find cheaper but the quality and professionalism is worth it. Marty is easy to work with.
