We are extremely satisfied with the Blue Cypress customer service. We recently bought a Blue Cypress home, but we did not purchase it from Blue Cypress. The original buyer owned the home for nearly a year, but never lived in it. Since it was vacant, the home was never used as normal to ensure that everything was functioning properly.
