Go with another builder!! Our home is almost 11 months in and still not completed(we were “dried in” before the rain this spring) If you’re lucky, they will work on your home more than 1 day a week. Make them carry the construction loan, probably get better results. Tile crews have been out 3 times so far and the work is still not corrected along with several other items that are not complete.
