Blue Crystal Pools are absolutely amazing. We had a terrible experience with another company who will remain nameless from Bowling Green who we bought our pool from. Edit 2: They finally did show up and the new liner looks good. I have no complaints about the work, but communication and accountability was still non existent unless we reached out. Edit: Monday came and went. They never showed up or even bothered to call. I'd advise using other businesses for your pool needs. You'll save money and time. Just pass on this place. They're well over a month late, even though they've already been paid. There's been zero communication or accountability. It used to be better, but now it's just awful. If I could give no stars, I probably would. We scheduled a pool cleaning at the end of March/early April for the pool to be opened and cleaned. We were scheduled for May 1st. Didn’t happen. I understand weather and all. Fast forward to June and multiple phone calls, someone finally comes out and dumps shock in there, said they would return the next day. No show.
