I would never normally leave a review like this. I hate writing negative reviews but this is truly an extreme case. We had been loyal clients of this clinic for more than eight years before our little Scottie Spielberg received a terminal diagnosis and only then did we learn that to this clinic we were just some clients with just some dog. Leaving a dying dog overnight without pain medication because a technician calls one minute before closing to tell us they had filled a prescription for pills and forcing a suffering puppy... read more
