They are the worst insurance I have ever had! TheySUCK! They have cost me over $6,000 since the beginning of the year.
As a provider trying to help our patients it would be helpful if your phone representatives were local and couls speak clear english and that they actually knew information to help out the provider instead of keeping me on the line for 20 minutes dancing around not knowing the answer. Total waste of time and got NOWHERE and could not help my patient out. Employ local people at your call center that know about insurance.
Poor Provider for insurance, endless hoops to jump through: Why do insurance companies have the ability to decline or refuse what medical professionals order to help their patients? Insurance companies such this one do not care about those who are paying their premiums. They only care about money. This is yet another MONEY hungry insurance company.
