Like many of the other reviews, my experience is a zero. As a blue cross customer, I expect to be able to log in to my online account. I have been attempting to get access to my account for 3 weeks, every time I call in to customer service to get them to assist me in accessing my account I get a different answer as to why they can't help me. As a paying customer I won't never have imagined being treated this way. The customer service reps are usually polite, but they can't seem to help. The last rep I spoke to was condescend... read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Impossible to reach, and when you finally do get them on the phone, they are never helpful. The online portal never updates correctly also. I switched my plan and was charged for my old plan anyways and now being threatened to stop my coverage if I don't pay for my new premium, but I can't get anyone on the phone to pay and I can't pay online because it won't update to the correct amount. I tried to go in person to the local office, and they were randomly out with no postage as to when they ... read more
Impossible to get a live human on the phone. I’ve tried 4 different times and have been on hold for 45+ minutes each time, never having actually connected with a human who can help me. Incredibly infuriating given the outrageous prices you pay in monthly premiums. I guess that’s American healthcare and insurance for you though…
