Extremely unhelpful customer service. Spoke with a customer service person named Christine. She was so evasive and unwilling to provide any information to resolve my issue. Very disappointing, especially based on the amount of money paid each month for premiums.

I had BCBS MN, was a breeze never any issue and if there was they handled it right then and there. BCBSWY has got to be the biggest joke, honestly. They make you jump through hoops and do all the work for them to not solve any of the problems.
