Ive never experienced a more useless website. Doctors in network have no phone number of address anywhere near related to the location of their practice. Cant book anything online. Absolutely garbage Healthcare "services."
Worst insurance ever. Had my acl replaced, cost me $20k out of pocket when the policy covered "100% of the negotiated rate", learn to negotiate. Had I paid cash & not had insurance at all, would've been $20k. What's the point? I dropped them & went with health sharing. Save yourself the headache & a boat load of money.
