I’ve had to report them to the Better Business Bureau because no one seems to want to help or willing to help even though a medication was Approved I don’t know how to get it and you don’t know how to get it. How do we get it?
Terrible service. They never sent me my insurance card or membership number to login in and get a digital one. I've been on hold with customer service for more than an hour. A guy came on, said he couldn't hear me, told me to move my phone or go into the hallway. My home is completely quiet. He then put me on hold again.

Save yourself the time and just set whatever money you’d pay Blue Cross each month aside for your own funeral. You will suffer, you will go broke paying medical bills, and then you will die. And after you die, Blue Cross will simply forward the past due notices to your next of kin.
