Having a customer service rep confirm that yes I'm being penalized because my medication is only available with brand name vs generic, and despite a crazy premium, I would have to pay out of pocket is insane. If you constantly have to state how my doctor or pharmacy are to blame, that tells me everything I need to know. Do not choose BCBS if you have other options.
I wonder how many deaths and suicides you are responsible for? For 6 years I've been trying to get back injections. For 6 yeara you've denied it. According to my doctor, you are the only insurance company that denies it. I cant play with my kids. I cant work out. Im gaining weight. Its effecting my mental health and marriage. And I pay you over 8000 a year, just for you to do nothing. I hope you know this pain one day, and you cannot get help just like the rest of us.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. If you want to pay 350 dollars a month and have nothing covered they’re the perfect provider for you. My son has a speech delay and when you sign up for Blue Cross they have in their summary that speech therapy is covered..Amazing! Until they try to tell you that the speech therapist is out of network, which is not true, and then they tell you the codes provided do not meet their criteria. If you try to dispute a billing claim the message center on the website doesn’t work. If you call you have to speak to someone over seas that speaks broken English and doesn’t understand what you’re saying. Also, the background noise of the call center in the background is so damn loud you can’t even hardly hear what the representative is saying. They also screwed up the billing for my recent surgery.
