I'm Enrolled with BCBS Only because this is the Company my Employer has chosen. They move faster than a speeding Bullet when it comes to your monthly payments, but they move like Sloths when it comes to Claims! My Advisor sounds like she doesn't want to be there and if the claim is granted the Funds would come from her PERSONAL ACCOUNT! Bottom line I believe these Companies and Certain Policies are a RIP OFF!!
Terrible experience, generally. Trying to get my ID but need group number to log in, which is on the ID. Vicious circle. Cannot get a hold of a human and web portal is spewing out cannot connect errors. Useless.
I went through hell just trying to get information from my agent .. I've never had a agent not willing to help. It took almost a whole week of going back and forth . I had to get my friend involved that recommended this guy to me to get involved. I never got a card in the mail . I asked again in April still got nothing .
