It's nothing more than catastrophic insurance. They charge the middle class high deductibles with 5k deductible. They will fight every claim. They will cancel their insurance program with your doctors without you even knowing. My wife and I pay $2,100 a month for junk. I was told my income was too high.

If less than one star was an option, it would be more accurate! Consider any other option -- this allegedly premium provider in Texas with a pre-approval request from the largest in state cancer center, MD Anderson and BCBS denies the oncologist treatment plan. BCBS contracts with an out of state third party, non-MD to deny the pre-approval. We privately paid and appealed.
