As a longtime customer, I can say with confidence that BCBSND’s service has really deteriorated. Customer support is nearly impossible to reach—hold times are endless, calls are dropped, and representatives often cannot navigate their own system. Their constantly changing member portal only adds to the confusion, leaving members in the dark about coverage and billing. Billing is another nightmare. Literally worst customer service ever. Got put on hold and then hung up on. Call them 2 times because they have called me 3 times this month telling me I need to call them back to update information. So glad I'm no longer with this company and hope they do better and hiring new employees that actually do there just and look up reference numbers. Just remember all the calls are recorded so I hope they do back and realize how rude they are to their customers.
