BCBSNC denied coverage on a brain MRI a Neurologist said was critical that I get, then sent me a letter telling me they were no longer covering my diabetic medicine because of the rising costs of it. The letter was sent 3 weeks before the final coverage date so I have been unable to get another prescription. They have ignored my family doctors request for coverage on another diabetic medicine.
