Dealing with my health insurance company has been an exercise in pure frustration. It is incredibly disheartening to pay into a system that systematically denies valid claims, forcing me to fight for the basic coverage I’m entitled to. There should be zero stars for these types of businesses. If you are stuck using them, I'm sorry. If you have the option to go elsewhere I highly encourage you to do so.

Customer service sucks because 1) they are not english speakers 2) unable to help without excessive delays. I hung up on them after 30min of incompetence.
