I have become super frustrated with this company. My hospital has sent a claim to them 5 times in 90 days. Each time Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota receives the claim they report the claim was submitted incorrectly and myself, insurance, and the hospital all get on a call, resolve the issue (supposedly), and confirm everything the new submitted claim is okay and we resubmit the claim again. 5 time now....if Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is helping me every time, why is the claim then still incorrect?...30 ... read more
Not really sure why all the bad reviews.... Guess, I have a great plan because I've only ever received excellent service from them and everyone I've spoken with via the phone lives in Minnesota. $20 specialist and $90 ER. Can't complain...
Worst customer service. Wow. I’ll never work here or purposefully choose by my own free will. Zero competence and zero help.
Literally the worst insurance. They are so unhelpful when you call no one can speak English. They dodge calls from my doctors office and don’t follow up with them about claims . Scammed me into getting a shot. Definitely would not recommend!!
Was so pleased to reach a pleasant, efficient employee named Desiree who went far above and beyond when I was overcharged by Walgreens for my RX. She acknowledged that it was an overcharge and even offered to call them for me and discuss it with the Pharmacist. I was impressed by her competency and superior customer service! A valuable and all too rare commodity these days!
