Impossible to reach. Very poor customer service.
Call once, get information. Call back a few days later and are told the information given never was even given. As if I invented the terminology and somehow made it make sense all on my own. 🙄 I have never had an insurer deny coverage for a three month supply before going out of town for three months - especially a refrigerated, specialty injectable that cannot just be filled at most pharmacies. They didn’t even cover my flu shot last year. What a joke.
I find it very disappointing that a government owned agency takes time to discriminate against the LGBTQ+ community during after hours by preventing people from parking in the lot after business hours. They actively tow cars during the night when there is no impact to the business. The owner of the building has explicitly stated his disdain for the LGBTQ+ community
One star is about 10 to many for these people. Deny you for treatment the Dr needs even after you wait the so called 3 months. Seems like since the end of last year they went downhill quick.
I had a very good experience with the reps David at Blue Cross. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. David gets an A+ and he connected us to the prescription department and the lady there answered all our questions to perfection. The only bad thing was the wait to talk to these folks, it was long, almost an hour for David and 30 minuets for the prescription lady. I appreciate the courteous manner with witch I was treated when I finally got through. Rita Legrand
