I've had BCBSKC for over 10 years. I've always had great service from Customer Service.
Bad bad bad. My dr who I have had for 15 years ordered me and mri and they decided they know better than him and denied it twice. Wound up having to pay out of pocket. Confused as to why I have 900$ a month withheld from my pay for them to not cover things that my doctor thinks is necessary.
