BCBS is definitely the most corrupt insurance possible. My wife has them through her work since 2024 and they have yet to pay out a penny. She even asked if they would at least get us their rates from the doctor's and they won't even do that. Now we have medical bills nearing a house payment, bill collectors contacting us, and not a peep from BCBS. We can't go without insurance because of my wife's kidney transplant. THIS INSURANCE SUCKS!!!!!!!!

Awful! If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I was billed incorrectly, then spent months trying to correct it. I called over and over. The whole process took months and then they said I was out of time allotted to finish the claim appeal. The worst!

Complete garbage I pay almost $200 a week for my wife and me, I wouldn’t recommend this insurance to an animal, after they used my insurance, my wife is a type 2 diabetic and the Monjaro for something that she needs and not for weight loss something that she actually needs to help her diabetes it was $1,049 out of pocket for one months worth 4 shots one each week, and they just denied my DVT surgery for my vericose veins. I wouldn’t recommend this to a dead person! They are beyond ridiculous!
