How awful, if Connecticut rolled back on the decision so can this place. Ill change my rating if they do
They screwed up my coverage, wanted to charge me starting in September (before my coverage was supposed to start), then when my coverage did start (11/1/2024), they told my in-network doctor that I wasn't going to be covered till May 1st 2025, despite my insurance card that THEY sent ME, says "Effective: 11/1/2024". Feels like fraud, and if the issue is not resolved, I'm going to the NCIB with a fraud claim against them. I'm not paying for coverage they refuse to provide. Zero stars.
They've twice sent me a letter telling me my PCP was no longer in network. The effective date was nearly two months prior to the letter date. WHAT?!
