Extremely poor customer service, extraordinary awful policy for a higher price. Do not use this insurance, you are better off saving your hard earned money for when you need it- they certainly won’t let you use what you pay for. Each medication you need will require pre-authorization each and every year, and the insurance company will specifically ensure it is so delayed, that you do not get your medicine in time. I have a $1700 a month policy that seems to be accepted no where in Kansas City. Your list of providers, I called several dozen and none of them accept it or even know what it is. What criminal act is this selling junk policies. I'll be contacting the state insurance commissioner and sorting a complaint .
Control, greed wealth taking advantage of people. Removing providers from PPO and denied claims. Should be ashamed of themselves. I will no longer use this insurance provider and switching to my husband's next year. Someone needs to stand up to this crap.

What a joke of a company. I go to try and do some work this weekend, I happen to work during the week, and their portal is completely down. Totally unacceptable. Stay stay far away from this joke of a company.
