I was sure that all the bad reviews I found when looking for their phone number were exaggerated. I was wrong. Been #1 in the queue with 1 minute wait time for over 45 minutes on two phones because they double charged me...
This place likes to keep people in pain by denying surgery. I do not recommend this insurance if you are an employer.
The people here seem to be great! However, I would rate them much lower than 5-stars for a multitude of reasons and wish I would’ve chosen another provider through the Marketplace. I’ve been attempting to get an id card for two weeks and my account set up. I’ve never been given an acceptable answer as to why things haven’t progressed and firmly believe they have a lot of broken practices. Forcing customers to use CVS is ridiculous. Stop taking money away from your customers. Stop putting the dollar in front of serving you customers. PBMs are an absolute scam and you're playing right into it. Absolutely SHAMEFUL. Steer clear of BCBS if you can. I'm so livid right now I can't even think straight.
