What a joke of a company. I go to try and do some work this weekend, I happen to work during the week, and their portal is completely down. Totally unacceptable. Stay stay far away from this joke of a company.
I have had Blue Cross Blue Shield for more than 20 years now it used to be considered a quality insurance. I’ve been so disappointed in our coverage now. My doctor will no longer take their insurance. It is next to impossible to find a doctor of quality. I’ve been reduced to a glorified minute clinic Spira Care. Premiums increase every year but on top of that, the coverage co-pays increase too. Sometimes they even DOUBLE from the previous year. Insurance is one of the biggest scams we have today, whether it's auto insurance, health insurance, etc.
What a horrible insurance company. I recommend using any other insurance than this company. They amount that they charge for coverage per month, gets you nothing! I went to see a doctor, one visit, I got a bill for over $500. They will cover nothing until my deductible is met. Even though you pay over $1000 a month for coverage. That is just absolutely wrong. They constantly deny medications that I need. Just a bad insurance company.
