Extremely unprofessional and rude. Male who answered the phone did not let me finish talking when i barely started, responded rude and rushed. As well as the responds to all the bad reviews are also very unprofessional and disrespectful. I called to ask for information about a health insurance plan for myself. I asked if anyone spoke Spanish, and a man answered; he rudely told me they didn't speak Spanish and hung up on me. I don't think that is the right way to treat a customer, regardless of the language they speak.
I called them and they said hello, you've got to talk. and then they hung up on me like a bunch. The man on the phone was really weird and rude.
