Customer Service associates are very pleasant and thoughtful as I have now spoken to over 20, however they do not help nor do they return calls nor follow up as promised. I have been working on a claim for 6 months and continue to get asked for the same information and documents that they already have. Having one associate to assist a customer so I am not on a hamster wheel sounds like an easy solution.... Please educate your staff on what the global team covers and what the regular team covers for international claims.

Lousy phone customer "service". Called twice in the last few days. Recording says someone will be with me within 3 minutes and to stay on the line. After staying on hold for 10 minutes (1st call) and 11 minutes (2nd call), I hung up. For this I pay $881/month in premiums....ridiculous and unacceptable!

It took me 2 years to find a therapist i could meet in person at a time that wouldn't force me to miss work. I had to change from one blue cross policy to another. I was told that the therapist would be in network. Then I find out after the change that they aren't. This is the 5th separate time I have been screwed by this company. I have had them as my insurance several times throughout my working life. Every time I have regretted it. They regularly say they cover things then find ways not to.
