Horrible -- No service or support available. Just needed to correct a name on card current at 120+ days of many calls, Fax (do not waste time). Mailed Certified mail, they received but cannot correct. Use another company.
Customer Service associates are very pleasant and thoughtful as I have now spoken to over 20, however they do not help nor do they return calls nor follow up as promised. I have been working on a claim for 6 months and continue to get asked for the same information and documents that they already have. Having one associate to assist a customer so I am not on a hamster wheel sounds like an easy solution.... Please educate your staff on what the global team covers and what the regular team covers for international claims.
Lousy phone customer "service". Called twice in the last few days. Recording says someone will be with me within 3 minutes and to stay on the line. After staying on hold for 10 minutes (1st call) and 11 minutes (2nd call), I hung up. For this I pay $881/month in premiums....ridiculous and unacceptable!
