If I could give zero stars, I would. I work for a surgeon and every time we get a surgery order for one of your members, we DREAD it! Your provider services line is a joke and the wait times are horrendous! I've now been on the phone for over 2 hours trying to correct representative DAVID R.'s mistake. He helped us submit a surgery authorization but documented the wrong unit# on one of the CPT codes so now the approval is incorrect- which is frustrating because that call to submit this auth with him was 1.5 hrs.
