Horrible. On-hold times are excruciatingly long. There is a labyrinth of websites that seemingly were designed by a 4th grade class project; Health, Dental and Vision each have their own sites. Nothing integrated. BCBS IL uses subcontractors for various insurance plans, so one BCBS IL member may have significantly different coverage than another. Just horrendous.
