Even though I cancelled my plan prior to next month they still billed me the $300 and did not reverse charges. You are unable to contact them on a weekend when it is convenient for most working people. There is more but I will leave it there for now.
My wife’s trulicity is triple the price now. Because of the 2.7 billion dollar lawsuit they are screwing us again. They owe me 2.000+ from 2018. They’re doing this to pay there patients back. Double screwed.
Nobody staffs their Tucson office except a security guard and customer service does not exist with this company. Stay away from the horrible company. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

I received a collection notice for over $900 on prescriptions almost two years later. I had changed insurance companies but they said they paid for the prescriptions. First of all Why would they paid for something if I am no longer covered thru them? 2nd why didn’t I get some type of notice before 2 years later? 3rd they refunded money to my employer which I never saw so if I owed them money why did they refund? How stupid does this sound?
