They sent me to three different buildings and the last one in literally was told I was still At the wrong building to N walk across the road just to then tell me I was too late and to reschedule. I told them they needed to update their location on Google and they said “we have no control of that” When actually they did, I did, you do, everyone does if they take them time to help others by suggesting that the location is inaccurate. I helped them with this issue before I changed PCPs 😄
