Saw one of your employees fist fighting along side the rosette other day. Not exactly the kind of people I’d want in charge of anything financially.
After weeks of severe back pain, 2 rounds of Xrays, and a visit to the orthopedic surgeon, I need an MRI to see what other problems I have. This company DENIED my claim for a much needed MRI, so that we can come up with a plan of action. Instead, these geniuses think I should endure weeks of PT before doing an MRI. This would cause me to miss 2 hours of work with each visit, because I work 30 minutes from where I would take PT. The absolute worst. Avoid them like plague, there are far better options out there.
Hung up once I told them I was recording the call as well. Unprofessional monopoly that doesn't care about patient or patient care outcomes in WV. Make sure to avoid the Manager "Tina" and "Ramsey M'". Both hung up on me and told me to write them a statement for an actual request, otherwise they just disconnected the phone. They WOULD NOT take a verbal complaint on the phone, even though their policy online says they take verbal and written complaints.
