All insurance companies are thieves, and they are no different. When your rules and regulations for your insurance reads like “Gone with the Wind”, you are getting ripped off.

Horrible Customer Service. Non-existent. Never been treated like this before by an insurance agency. There is literally no one there to pick up the phone to help you. Good business practice you got going there. Don't asnwer the phone, we can't help them, they have pay make even if it was a mistake.

This is a great place to work. They care about their employees and it shows. I hated to leave, but I moved to another city. I shed more than a couple of years in my last day.

I am venting.... a total of 3.5 hours on hold disconnected 4 times from bcbs customer support was promised that I was going to be called back if Call failed a third time...they lied! All I need to do is change my provider!!!!! I need to see a doctor!! @bcbstx so upset with your service!!! Let's see if the 4th time is the charm!!! That is all. End rant ~
