Offh ! No one is there to pick up the call, automated machine, automated machine and after that waiting, & more waiting for customer representative with no show. Worst Service. STOP WORK FROM HOME.
The Byzantine complexity only serves their purposes, and they take full advantage of the disparity of knowledge present between us, and them. I know of no other service that I can consume before knowing the price with certainty. This makes me a clueless consumer who writes blank checks. Great for BCBS!
If I could give one star I would. I had elbow reconstruction and they capped out my physical therapy after 15 sessions. I needed it for 14 months and went broke.
One star for customer service. Waited on the phone for 1 hour before I got help. If I could put zero stars I would! Absolutely unacceptable service.
