Customer care service pitiful people i drop off plan midnight tonight got wife on same plan through market place can't get answer for how much to pay for November going on 1 hour on hold to talk to a supervisor. Next year won't be with bcbs
I believe BCBS denies claims more times than they approve. They deny claims and then push patients into an endless loop of calls with the doctor/labs/insurance. Till the patient basically gives up. They lack transparency and good business practices. I strongly recommend checking other Insurance providers over BCBS.

Can I leave a no-star review? I was extremely disappointed with the customer advocate I spoke to—Elaine, I believe. She came across as incompetent, irrational, and at times unprofessional. Rather than escalating my issue as promised, she opted to consult with a peer and ultimately failed to provide any real assistance. I’m counting down the days to my renewal period so I can part ways with yet another insurance company that doesn’t live up to its promise of serving its customers. Today’s experience was deeply frustrating.
