My mother and I are extremely disappointed in this insurance company. My father who has been paying for his insurance for 15/20 years had a massive stroke , and this insurance co. Has been nothing but problems getting him the care he needs !! Because of the lack of care by this co. He's not able to be in the rehab he needs ! And deserves. They care only about their money and nothing of the people who pay into this co. For years. This co. Has let my father and mother down in a major way !
There website is always under maintenance, can't every pay my bill and always get paper bills after they are due.
