They automatically change your primary care provider with no option to keep the provider the same when you sign up. You have to get randomly assigned a doctor and then manually change it back before you go to your doctor. Terrible design, unfriendly to the patient.

They seem to do everything they can to delay and make getting medical care as difficult as possible. They say it will take up to 19 calendar days for us to get a reply that they will (very possibly) deny care recommended by highly qualified specialists... They told me that the first reviewer was not able to authorize care. Someone in an office looking at codes is saying they know more than people who saw the family member, reviewed tests, etc. It should be considered criminal to delay/deny critical care like they are.

BCBS is a good healt insurance BUT in flagstaff theres a place on cedar avenue.l found the adress on line BUT you should mention thatyou guys dont atend to public CAUSE i drove there to try to talk with someoneto fix something about my ID member and door is locked and there is a sign says NOT TO OPEN TO PUBLIC come on . i decideed to looking for another company cause there are many things that that up set me about you guys
