Between my employer and I, we pay over $2,000 per month for your "insurance". It's predictable that you blame the denial of coverage on your customers. I generally don’t leave negative reviews. But one star may be very generous. I had double coverage because of a change in employment, they billed me for my old plan despite the change. And I called the day of billing and they won’t refund me. I’ll be filing a complaint tomorrow. We really need to get rid of these health insurance monopolies.
Update.. I gave BCBS another star because a supervisor reached out to me by phone. Will see if any $$ charges are fixed. Initial Review: WARNING: You could be charged $601 for ANY office visit at Essentia -- BLUE CROSS agreed to this amount as approved... what, by who?? A local allergist Dalan, shows $305 avg per visit when searching online for 'our' Choice In Network options, so I scheduled a visit and was charged $975 for 5 minutes - honestly 5 minutes, no tests, he sat 5 feet from me and that was that.
