They never pick up the phone, had me waiting for a whole hour to speak to someone smh
Great experience with customer service and coverage. I understand my coverage is also dependent on my employer's choice in coverage through BCBSND so I am greatly for this benefit to me and my family.
Did a jump start over there for them I was parked in far Conor just taking a break not bothering a sole there security came out and asked me to leave I'll be canceling my insurance with them
trying to access account on line is a real joke it’s pretty much impossible to reset username or password. keeps telling me i have 30 minutes to reset once i receive code. but then kicks me out saying i have run out of time
