Their registration has been down for over a week, and despite being told it has been reopened, it is still not available. It has just been updated from one error screen to a newer, fancier one. They’ll collect billions in profit every year, yet can’t seem to hire an IT team to ensure their product is actually usable. Tried asking some questions about my policy, got hung up on both times second one blasted music for 30 seconds and than hung up

Called to find a comprehensive policy, was told to call the north dakota insurance board and the agent hung up, WOW.

Very poor service and explanation. Lost coverage so was searching for new. Left 2 voicemails and sent one email and no response. Call today and am told “I missed a window of enrollment”. Wonderful explanation and prompt employees! Not lol.
