Was great coverage, now they’re not covering half the medications needed. Pay outrageous price for family coverage but dont get the coverage for medication anymore. Highly do not recemmond

If you need any kind of mental health care, avoid BCBS like the plague! The exclude residential benefits & pawn off their mental health to New Directions. New Directions spent a week saying I was approved for treatment and then reversed their decision at 4pm the day prior to admission. They'll approve inpatient though, so I just need to starve myself to death and then they'll agree to help! It's absolutely immoral how they operate.
