Blue Cross Animal Hospital has been an absolutely amazing veterinary clinic. They have cared for both of our dogs since they were puppies, and the level of support they’ve provided over the years has been exceptional. Kate, along with the rest of the veterinary team, is always incredibly accommodating, compassionate, and knowledgeable. As long as I live in Hamilton, my animals will come here. I have never had an entire team be so invested in my dog’s health at any other vet. Compassionate, frank, and diligent when it comes to diagnosing—they really have gone every extra mile imaginable.
Brought our boy in. Everyone was super friendly. They took the time to properly explain everything and didn't try to push us twords unnecessary expenses. Love them!
We had a (10 yr old) small dog that had respiratory issue that overtime had gotten worse and now was in distress. Took him to the vet to be put down as condition was ultimately fatal. We have owned over 10 animals in 45 years and had to do this before. But instead of just a sedation needle and a fatal dose needle, they tried to put a catheter (an explanation was given but do not understand why it had to be done) in a vein (tried both front legs unsuccessfully) and now he was in visible distress. I had such a wonderful experience with this veterinary clinic. The entire team was fantastic from start to finish. They helped me with all the documentation needed to travel with my cat and made the whole process so much easier and stress-free. Everyone was incredibly professional, competent and genuinely caring.
