This is a public service announcement. There are two types of Zyrtec. One is good for treating allergies, and the other will kill your dog. Unfortunately the vet at Blue Cross Animal Clinic didn't clarify this fact. I discovered my mistake in the middle of the night after calling pet poison control, driving to Roadrunner Animal Hospital in Algodones, and a $4,500.00 vet bill.
