Blue Cross Blue Shield is one of the worst if not the worst health insurance company out there. Absolutely ridiculous, and they have the worst doctors that are available. Customer service is complete garbage. Their doctors have the lowest education, are the rudest, are the most inconsiderate and the most inexperienced. Avoid this crappy insurance company at all costs.

The wait times are as big as texas...hours and hours of waiting...horrible
Your benefits are liable to change without notice, so be aware you just have to call for every single procedure/doctor/location combination if you want them to bother with coverage. Is it really insurance if it's cheaper to eat the medical bill?
