Pure idiotic BS at its best. Tried calling to get information on Medicare plans because of that information being blocked on their website. The "prompts" indicated that I DID NOT have to give any personal information, but did give my email address so that they could send me the information. The lady asked me then for my first and last name and when I didn't give it she did not send me anything.
