Great service. The representative took time to explain how the insurance policy would be more effective for me.
I had a really hard time with Blue Cross using their 1800 number. I somehow got hooked up with the Fayetteville office even though I am over 100 miles away. Sasha and her team have helped me in every single step and have walked me through processes and done things for me that no one else would have (setting up things I could have done but they graciously did for me) I have never had this level of customer service in any aspect not just insurance. I cannot sing their praises loud enough
