The operator was fantastic! A great listener, she was patient and stayed on line to help me. Contrast this with Medicare where I was told by a machine that I'd have to hold the line for an hour and a half and no chance of giving a call back number. Unfortunately, she was told I'd have to wait on the line with no opportunity to give a call back number. Somehow the understanding in her voice made me feel better.
I've had Blue Cross and Blue Shield for many years. They are the gold standard for health insurance. Also, if you are looking for a group plan, their rep Todd is great.
