I had a pretty uncomfortable experience at the car wash with an employee named Justin who was working the line. From the moment I pulled up he was bucking his eyes at me and giving me strange looks like he had an attitude. It made the whole interaction feel awkward and unwelcoming. I even tried to be nice and asked him if he was having a good day, but instead of just answering normally he threw water on my car in a way that came off rude and dismissive.
