Had an emergent repair needed for my home A/C when the main air handler blower motor failed. Catherine (If I messed up her name, please correct me) went out of her way to confirm the correct replacement motor, source a warehouse that had it in stock, have it programmed ( it's a newer style soft-start pulse width modulated motor) and had the new one ready to go in less than an hour.
