I was search for a whirlpool refrigerator part and found Blue Crab Appliance on Google. I called to inquire about the part and was pleasantly surprised with a quick, friendly and professional response. Crystal took the part information and looked up the availability for my part. I've called around to several places to try to get a motor for my air handler. They didn't have it in stock, however, they were able to get it to the store by the time I got there, coming from an hour drive. I was able to get my HVAC unit working the same day. Customer service was great, sales folks were kind and helpful as well. Thank you all.

I have a early 90s lady 110 kenmore dryer that snapped it belt in the middle of a dry cycle. I spent all afternoon riding to different stores, looking for this specific LITTLE belt. I herd about this place on my way home, but unfortunately they closed 10 mins before I arrived. I went the next day to give them a shot. They didn't have this special belt, but the suggested a competitor near by, that had one in stock, and also found it on Amazon (with a part number they found online) and gave me the link for next day delivery.
