My Rennai tankless went belly up after 11 years. I reached out to a few contractors here in Upper Bucks County and not one would return my call. I finally called Blue Conservation and Sam was really helpful in setting me up with same day appt. Dave came out, diagnosed my problem and promised to come out the next day with the needed part to fix. Jim and his crew installed a Stiebel Eltron Accelera 220 heat pump water heater in our house. Installation went off without a hitch, the guys were friendly and courteous, leaving the area cleaner than when they started. Post installation, Jim was very generous with his time, helping us to understand how to achieve the right balance of saving money while having the right amount of hot water on hand.
I bought a Rinnai combi unit in 2017 and it has been nothing but a headache, overheating my house while leaving me with lukewarm showers in the winter.. It's a lemon model that never seems to work properly. Blue Conservation has not supported me in getting a replacement after numerous attempts to fix it. Doesn't stand by the products they recommend and sell.
The team was amazing, they were prompt with their installation and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.
Jim provided prompt and courteous service. He provided a quote from photos I sent and when I asked him to stop by to go over specifics especially in regards to venting options he was at my home within two hours. He answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed to choose the right model for me. Blue Conservation is a great choice when choosing a tankless water heater.
