I really tried to purchase a 5th wheel through this company, to the point of reaching the national sales manager. With it being an out of state rv and THE ideal 5th, this company wasn’t interested in making ends meet so that I could purchase what I wanted, instead they would instantly hard pull my credit, then call me to inform me how much of a risk it was for them to get the rv to their lot. Stopped by to look had cash to buy but the guy that helped us told us he had nothing in our price range and all he did was look at a paper and did not help at all we went else where and paid cash for one

Blue Compass RV took our Tiffin 2020 Wayfarer RW in to do recall work on May 23, 2024. Six weeks later with no word from Blue Compass we called to check on repair of recall. They said they were waiting for one part. Today, July 12, 2024, we tried to find out the status of our RV. Too busy in service to talk!!! We had plans to take trips this summer and can not. DISAPPOINTED in choosing Blue Compass RV. Need to report this to Tiffin.
Bought a even there brand new , used it once nothing on this worked been there for7 months and it still not fixed so I’ve had t 8 months together , would like to just get my money back WORST place go somewhere else
